Great Falls condo complex unveiled

PATERSON - Developers unveiled the city's first luxury community Wednesday, opening the first of a 12-building, $36 million residential complex overlooking the city's Great Falls.

The Vistas at the Great Falls development will offer two-bedroom units for a price range between $294,500 and $350,000, offering owners an outdoor pool, clubhouse and a fitness center.

City officials were on hand Wednesday for the official opening of the development that took more than five years to get off the ground. So far, the developers said they have deposits for three of the first 10 units.

First Ward Councilman Anthony E. Davis said he welcomed the investment made by developers P&F Management Company in his ward.
